Substitute Positions - Certificated and Classified

Due to procedural changes in Substitute Services, we are not accepting new certificated and classified substitute applications at this time.  Please check our website the last week of September for more information.

Substitute Positions - Certificated and Classified

If you are applying to become a substitute for the first time:

1. Download and complete the forms in the appropriate Substitute Package below:
• Certificated Substitute Package
• Classified Substitute Package
• Miscellaneous, Summer or Community Education Employees Package
2. Complete an Online Application Profile. Read the following steps and then click in the 'Go to Online Job System' link below.
1. Click "Create Account"
2. Fill out general account information
3. If you are applying for Certificated Substitute Position, click on "Create Certificated Application Profile" OR If you are applying for Classified Substitute Position, click on "Create Classified Application Profile".
4. Follow Steps to create profile
3. When you are finished, completed forms must be delivered IN PERSON to the Personnel Clerk located in the Forest Green Complex at the Administrative Service Center. Incomplete packets will not be accepted and will be discarded.
