Donated Computer/Technology Equipment Minimum Standards
  1. All systems must be fully functioning when received.
  2. All systems will be reformatted to remove any existing Operating System and other application software. Licensing for software placed on system will be at the District’s expense. (The only exception is for NEW equipment being donated with bundled software.
  3. Software must be listed on the packing slip, a copy of which needs to accompany the donation.
  4. Applicable warranty documentation needs to be provided with the equipment.
  5. CPU case and monitors must carry the (U)nderwriters (L)aboratory approval seal.
