Video Services Department
As an arm of the Community Relations Department, Video Services has the happy task of creating cable television programs which showcase the wonderful achievements of the people who make up Evergreen Public Schools.
Each year, we produce over 200 shows that feature the students, staff, parents, and patrons of the district. These programs are broadcast on Comcast Cable Channels 27, 28, and 29. All of our programs embody these messages:

Kids are true learners and excel in many areas and outside school. School staff are competent, caring, well-rounded professionals. Schools are interesting, relevant, and fun. Involvement of families and the community is important to the success of our schools. |
Our regular features include YES-TV, Homework Helpline, Game of the Week, and Evergreen Learning Spotlight (available on streaming video). We also produce musical performances, keynote speeches, stage plays, dance competitions, and community festivals.
We employ and train high school students each year to work behind and in front of the television camera as they extend their classroom learning and enjoy developing professional skills.
Video Services can also assist you in accessing the cable television schedule, coordinating the duplication of educational programming we have produced, and developing ideas and events that can broadcast on cable television.
