Dear Evergreen Public Schools families:

With an unusual eight (8) inclement weather/no school days so far in the 2016-17 school year, Evergreen Public Schools, in conjunction with our labor unions, has made the decision to hold school on Friday, January 27 and now, on Friday, February 17.

These days were previously designated a “no school” day, but will now be used to make up one of the eight days, as required by the state of Washington.  The other six days will be added to the end of the school year, and at this point, school will conclude on Friday, June 23, unless we have any more inclement weather that cancels school.

We continue to work on other calendar options and scenarios. More details, and a final calendar, will be released soon.
