Student safety and learning are top priorities at Evergreen Public Schools. Evergreen remains proactive in security measures by implementing emergency plans, practicing safety drills, and building partnerships with the Vancouver Police Department and the Clark County Sheriff's Department.

The district takes numerous steps to reduce the potential for violence in the schools and trains staff to be prepared for hazardous situations. The Evergreen Public Schools and local law enforcement agencies continually look at ways to improve safety. Working closely with these agencies helps us in our commitment to keeping safety a top priority.
