The Horticulture Classes at MVHS are collaborating with the Clark County Food Bank at the 78th Street Heritage Farm
for the second year to plant approximately 4,000 squash and cucumber seeds to provide fresh
produce for the Food Bank through the summer and fall.
Students will be at 78th Street Farm to work with the Farm Manager and Food Bank Garden
Coordinators to plant all of their starts in the Food Bank Gardens in June.
Students are encouraged to volunteer at the gardens throughout the summer months.
