Evergreen High School closed Monday, February 4 due to threat
School resumes as usual on Tuesday, February 5. Evergreen High School was closed on Monday due to a written bomb threat found by a staff member prior to the start of school. Students were immediately evacuated to McKenzie Stadium and Cascade Middle School.
Police and the bomb squad were called. The school was closed for the day to allow them to conduct a thorough search of the premises. No dangerous devices were found and the premises were designated safe Monday afternoon.
