Offsite access to District network services (the staff Portal) is currently unavailable. Network staff are aware of the issue and working on a resolution; in the meantime, it will be necessary to access most District network services from a physical location within Evergreen Public Schools. (Note: Webmail remains accessible from both in- and outside the District.)

This Website is for the Official use of Evergreen School District Staff Only.

The District provides this service as a courtesy to its staff's Thin Client users. The District has no expectation that work be performed away from the worksite.

Due to the transitory and shifting nature of the Internet and home computer systems, there is no support provided for use of the Evergreen Application Portal.

The Evergreen Application Portal is generally available daily from 6:30 am to Midnight. Users of the portal should not expect the service to be reachable or available at all times so please plan your work accordingly. The District is not responsible for lost data or damage to home computer systems.
