Phone registrations take 4-6 minutes longer for us to process than mail registrations. Help us save time by registering online. We do accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover Card on-line and over the phone. Cash is accepted at our office.
 

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I Need to Pre-Register?

YES! If you wait to register at class, you run the risk of the class being full. To be notified of changes in class dates, times or location, you must pre-register. If we don't know you're planning to attend, we may have canceled the class because we don't have enough students signed up.

Will I Receive Confirmation of My Registration?

You will receive a receipt and confirmation via the email address you provided at the time of registration.  You may also call us at 604-4082 to confirm your registration. We will contact you ONLY if your class is full, canceled or changed. Mark your calendar with your class dates, times and locations. If you register online, you will receive an email confirmation.

Are There Discounts?

Evergreen School District residents ages 62 and older receive a 20% discount if they present an Honored Citizen Pass at the time of registration. Passes may be obtained at the Community Education Office. Proof of residency and age must be shown. Some classes are not eligble for discounts. See class description for eligibility.
 
Employee Discounts (EPS10%) Evergreen Public School Employees, including Chartwells and ABM staff, receive 10
% off on identified fitness, health and other noted courses.  Employees pay full price for all books, supplies or materials fees associated with the class.  For more details, please call our office to have your questions answered and to have your discount applied at 360-604-4082.  This discount does not apply to family members.

What is the Course Refund Policy?

  • To receive a refund for any class and/or program, the Evergreen Community Ed. office must be notified of your intent to withdraw at least 5 business days prior to the first class.  A 10% processing fee will be deducted from all requested refunds. 
  •  For all requests to withdraw after the 5 day required notification but before the 1st day of class the paid registration fee will be applied as a community education credit to your account minus the 10% per class processing fee. The 10% processing fee deduction will be waved for One Team before, after and early release programs.  All credits must be used within one year of its date or you will forfeit the value of the credit to the Community Education Department. 
  • No refunds will be offered for special event tickets such as theater show tickets, field trips and/or sport event tickets. 
  •  Refunds due to medical reasons require a doctor’s note and will not be charged a processing fee.
  • If the course is canceled by Community Ed and/or Instructor then 100% of the fee paid is refunded and no processing fee is taken out.
