Preregistration is required for all classes. Register early. Classes have minimum and maximum enrollments. Registrations are accepted until classes fill or begin. Mark your calendar with dates, times and locations of your classes and go to class on the correct dates. We will not notify you to attend class. You may confirm a registration by calling 360-604-4082. You will be notified only if your registration cannot be processed. Please note: some classes are for adults only, and children of registered adults cannot accompany them to class.
To receive a refund for any class and/or program, the Evergreen Community Ed. office must be notified of your intent to withdraw at least 5 business days prior to the first class. A 10% processing fee will be deducted from all requested refunds.
For all requests to withdraw after the 5 day required notification but before the 1st day of class the paid registration fee will be applied as a community education credit to your account minus the 10% per class processing fee. The 10% processing fee deduction will be waved for One Team before, after and early release programs. All credits must be used within one year of its date or you will forfeit the value of the credit to the Community Education Department. No refunds will be offered for special event tickets such as theater show tickets, field trips and/or sport event tickets. Refunds due to medical reasons require a doctor’s note and will not be charged a processing fee.
If a class is canceled by Evergreen Community Education, you will be notified and all fees will be refunded in full and no processing fee is taken out. Occasionally classes are canceled or moved due to school functions. In this event, you will be notified and the class will be rescheduled. If school is canceled due to weather, all Community Education classes are canceled.
