Home Based Instruction
Families who are providing Home Based Instruction are required, by State law, to submit an annual Intent to Provide Home Based Instruction form with the superintendent of the public school district within which the parent resides. The Intent to Provide Home Based Instruction form is due by September 15th each year, or within two weeks of the term.
