Welcome Back to School Year 2024-2025. CNS is Here to Serve You.
Welcome back to a new school year, we hope you all had a wonderful summer. We have exciting new concepts and menu items coming to all schools this year, please keep an eye on the menu and in our cafes for what's to come. For the 3rd year in a row, Evergreen Public Schools will be operating the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), meaning all students may receive one free breakfast and one free lunch regardless of household size and income. However, if you believe your child(ren) may qualify for additional benefits outside of meal service, (reduced fees for testing, ASB, Athletics, etc.), please fill out the CNS Benefit Application.
The Child Nutrition Services Benefit Application, is available to fill out in any of these ways; via Skyward Family access under online forms, printable from this webpage, please see the CNS Benefit Application and Parental Consent section below, or pick up an application at your student's school. You may turn in completed forms to your student's school in the front office, or deliver them to the Administrative Service Center, or mail them to the district office (PO Box 8910, Vancouver, WA 98668).

Student Meal Account Refund or Transfer
Remaining student meal account funds can be refunded, transferred, or donated for meal account funding hardships.
The completed request form can either be delivered to your child's school or the Nutrition Services office,
emailed to nutrition.services@evergreenps.org, or faxed to (360) 604-4052.

Special Dietary Needs
Meal and milk modifications may be made with an approved request.
Requests for meal or milk modifications must be signed by a State-recognized medical authority.
