In-District Boundary Exception
In-District Boundary Exceptions are required for Evergreen Public School residents who want to attend a school in our district other than their assigned school. You can find your assigned school by entering your address here.
Applications for the current school year can be submitted anytime.
Applications for the 2024-25 school year can be submitted beginning at 8 am on January 8th, 2024.
If approved, an In-District Boundary Exception remains in place for all the years the student attends that school (grades K-5, 6-8, or 9-12). Withdrawal from the school for any reason will void the boundary exception.
Participation in sports is not a valid reason for a boundary exception. The WIAA does not permit student transfers if the purpose for the request is to play sports at a non-resident school.
The district does not provide transportation for students on boundary exceptions.
