Welcome to ParentSquare
Evergreen Public Schools uses ParentSquare for school communication, primarily with email, text and app notifications. ParentSquare automatically generates an account for each parent, using their preferred email address and phone number. We encourage parents to access their accounts so they can download the mobile app and update their preferences on when and how they are notified. If you want to update contact information, you will need to reach out to your student's building secretaries.
Get Started with ParentSquare
Open the invitation email or text
Click Activate your account or tap the link
Create a Password and click Register
Click Confirm for your phone number and/or email
A verification code will be sent
Enter the verification code to confirm
Confirm your child(ren) by clicking Confirm (use Not My Child if listing is not associated with your account)
Select Yes, This is Me when you have confirmed your contact information and child(ren)

Language Preferences
Open the app,click the down arrow next to your name, in the upper right
Select My Account
Click on Language Settings in the left hand sidebar.
Select your preferred language from the drop down menu and click Save
Notification Settings
Select My Account
Choose Notification Settings
Instant: Receive notifications immediately
Digest: Receive a notification at the end of the day with all content shared that day
School Alerts: Turn off all notifications except emergency alerts
Emergency Alerts: Cannot be disabled
Here’s what you can do with ParentSquare:
Receive messages from the school via email, text or app notification
Choose to receive information as it comes or all at once with a daily digest at 6pm
Communicate in your preferred language
Comment on school postings to engage with your school community
Direct message teachers, staff and other parents
Participate in group messages
Sign up for parent-teacher conferences
Sign forms & permission slips, receive report cards, sign up to volunteer and more all from your desktop or mobile device
