We will aim to strengthen family engagement in EPS by building on our Strategic Plan building capacity, establishing clear structures, and setting expectations that ensure all families feel welcomed, valued, and honored. The Advisory group will co-create standards of practice, walkthroughs, and feedback mechanisms to create consistent and equitable engagement strategies across schools. The group will also advise on a catalog of workshops and tools for both parents/caregivers and educators, to enhance school-level capacity for meaningful collaboration.
